A $60-million luxury apartment complex proposal is on the table for the Unionville section of town.
The 298-unit complex would sit at the 19-acre proeprty at 19 Perry Street, according to the Hartford Courant.
The area is being pitched as a cool place to live where residents could get everything they need without a car.

The developer will speak at the Unionville Improvement Association meeting on May 27. Residents are encouraged to attend and speak.
