3 Dance Studios Join Forces for Showcase for a Cause

Dancers raise over $1000 for three deserving charities

Three performing arts schools came together to raise money for charity in "Showcase for a Cause" on February 25th at King Philip Middle School in West Hartford, CT. The schools came together to perform in a high-spirited dance showcase and raised over $1000 to be divided among 3 different charities.

Lindsey and Jeff Sepa hosted the event and are the owners/directors of Farmington Valley Dance and Music. “It was awesome to see the three schools come together to support these deserving charities doing what they love... DANCE!” explained Lindsey Sepa. "What is unique about our showcase is each school was dancing for a different charity that is important to them."

Streetbeatz of Cortlandt, NY chose to support the worldwide organization, Operation Smile. The Dance Corner of Killingworth, CT chose to support the After the Storm, Inc. from Rockfall, CT. Farmington Valley Dance & Music of Farmington, CT chose to support Healing Meals Project based in Simsbury, CT.
