The Chikumbuso Women and Orphans project invite you to join us for our 4th Annual 10K/5K run on Saturday, April 21, 2018.

The Chikumbuso Women and Orphans project invite you to join us for our 4th Annual 10K/5K run on Saturday, April 21, 2018. The run will be held at the North Stonington Grange, 21 Wyassup Road, North Stonington, CT, The cost to participate is $25.

The Chikumbuso Women and Orphans Project is an organization dedicated to providing a better life for vulnerable women and children in Ng’ombe, Zambia. They provide free education for children, adult career training, micro enterprise opportunities, youth life skills training and outreach to the elderly. The ultimate goal is to help these women and children live independent and fulfilled lives.

Powered by the boldness of our goal and the commitment of our community, today we at Chikumbuso support 30 widows, 30 at-risk youth, 500 K-12 students, and 27 college students. With your participation, we can increase awareness of the Chikumbuso Widows and Orphans Project and change the lives of many more women and children in Zambia.
