FARMINGTON, CT — A 63-year-old Farmington resident has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault in a case involving a child, a police report indicates. Slawomir Richard Sieklicki was arrested on a warrant Monday, according to the report. He his charged with three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and a single count of illegal sexual contact with a person younger than 13, according to the report. The contact charge is a felony. He was initially held on a $75,000 bond, but that was reduced to a promise to appear in court on Dec. 8, judicial system records show. Police released no other information on the case.
