Accused Shoplifter Also Nabbed On 5 Warrants: Farmington PD
She is being held on bonds totaling nearly $20,000.

FARMINGTON, CT — A Windsor Locks woman accused of shoplifting Saturday at Westfarms Mall was also wanted on five active arrest warrants, police said.
Dominique McGregor, 39, was arrested at JC Penney after allegedly stealing about $349 worth of merchandise. After she was taken into custody, a pair of wire snips, a magnet and several baggies of heroin were located on her person, Lt. Timothy McKenzie said.
She was charged with sixth-degree larceny, illegal possession of a shoplifting device, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

While being processed, McGregor was also served with five active warrants for offenses including second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, first-degree criminal trespass, violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear.
She is current being held on bonds totaling $18,995, and is slated to return to court Aug. 1.
