After a Brief Chill, Temps Rebound This Week
After a gloomy week of weather, the sun is once again dominant in this work week forecast.

As late as last Thursday, we worried whether Hurricane Joaquin could impact Connecticut as early as Monday or Tuesday of this week.
A day later the forecast changed sharply, and we’ve known for days the storm was headed far out to sea.
Instead of dealing with heavy rain and gusty winds, the forecast this week is almost perfect for this time of year.

Again, nothing but sun until a slight rain chance on Friday, and temperatures that were downright chilly this weekend, will rebound and even ascend into the 70s on Tuesday and Wednesday.
While we’ll feel the warm up during the day, temps will remain chilly at night, around 50 degrees in southern Connecticut, but northern Connecticut will see temps fall back at night into the mid 40s each night this week.
