American Red Cross Announces 2017 Red Cross Ball
The Red Cross Ball will be held in Hartford on Saturday, March 25. The celebration will include a focus on fire safety.
From the American Red Cross: The American Red Cross presents the 12th Annual Red Cross Ball on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 6 – 10 p.m. at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.
This year’s ball will take place during Red Cross Month and will celebrate the work of the Red Cross mission with a special focus on fire safety and the Red Cross Home Fire Campaign.
“We are excited to host this year’s ball during Red Cross Month,” said Mario Bruno, CEO, American Red Cross Connecticut and Rhode Island Region. “Each year, in March, we celebrate the lifesaving mission of the Red Cross. This year, we choose to focus on highlighting fire safety and our home fire campaign. This program has helped to save more than 100 lives across the country and we look forward to sharing this incredibly important aspect of our mission with the community.”

WTNH Good Morning Connecticut co-anchor Laura Hutchinson will emcee this year’s event. The ball will feature an evening full of fun and inspiration featuring a live and silent auction and live band.
