FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for April 16 to April 17, 2026, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

April 16

Honesty Love Tirado, 23, of Bay Street, New Britain, was charged with conspiray to commit sixth-degree larceny, spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card, conspiracy to spend more than $500 on a revoked payment card, illegal use of a credit card, conspiracy to illegally use a credit card, third-degree identity theft, three counts of violation of probation, and first-degree failure to appear in court at 10:40 a.m. She was to appear in court April 17.

April 17

David G. Radway, 43, of Case Street, Farmington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:50 p.m. He will appear in court May 4.

Kevin Francis, 29, of Cedar Street, Manchester, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, and engaging police in pursuit at 9:50 p.m. He will appear in court May 1.

Sincere Hector Tirado, 20, of Hine Street, West Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to spend more than $500 on a revoked payment card, and conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft at 5:11 a.m. He will appear in court May 1.
