July 10
Ricardo Jose Rojas Munoz, 34, of Laurel Street, Hartford, was charged with improper use of marker/license/registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, second-degree breach of peace, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, and threatening at 10 p.m. He will appear in court July 24.
Andrea L. Hanrahan, 48, of Overlook Court, Portland, was charged with reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and two counts of endangering a highway worker at 8 p.m. She will appear in court July 24.
Anthony Antonio Colon, 35, of Maria Hitchka Road, Prospect, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, reckless driving, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:44 p.m. He will appear in court July 24.
Cynthia Marie Martinez, 27, of Myrtle Street, Meriden, was charged with criminal use of a weapon, tampering with physical evidence, illegal discharge of a firearm, and murder at 11:06 a.m. She was to appear in court July 10.
July 13
Shawn Cyr, 54, of Beechwood Lane, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:44 p.m. He was to appear in court July 14.
July 15
Inna Aleksandrovna Manashkin, 34, of Wellington Drive, Farmington, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and assault of a public safety officer at 5:32 a.m. She was to appear in court July 15.
Gannon Montgomery Patrick, 21, of Farmstead Lane, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 4:05 p.m. He will appear in court July 29.
