FARMINGTON, CT — Farmington saw 34 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Residential landlords led the way with six filings, followed by health practices and software and IT firms.
Mill Streams Bakery was one of the more distinctive filings — a bakery — joined by PARTRIDGE HOLLOW FARM, a farm and BC Supply Co, a food store. All but three organized as limited liability companies; the exceptions were two professional LLCs and a corporation.
A registry filing is a legal step, not a grand opening, so some of these ventures are already operating while others are still getting started. The full list, with addresses and business categories, is below.
