FARMINGTON, CT — One of Farmington's most recognizable luxury properties, a sprawling estate that was once home to boxer Mike Tyson and rapper 50 Cent, is still on the market for $9.9 million.

The contemporary-style residence at 50 Poplar Hill Drive encompasses 51,830 square feet on 17.59 acres, according to the real estate listing on Zillow.com.

Built in 1985, the property has 21 bedrooms, 26 full bathrooms and 14 half-bathrooms, along with an eight-car attached garage.

The listing describes more than $3 million in recent renovations to the property.

Among the home's features are an indoor pool and spa, nightclub, recording studio, billiards room, casino room, multiple game rooms, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The estate also contains seven kitchens, a boardroom, library, offices, elevator, and five fireplaces, according to the listing.

Outside, the property includes another heated, resort-style pool along with a grotto and waterfall, a private bridge, guesthouses, pool house, pond with a fountain, and basketball and tennis courts.

Even individual rooms are on a scale uncommon among residential properties.

The primary bedroom measures nearly 1,200 square feet, while a lower-level recreation room encompasses more than 3,900 square feet, according to listing information.
