Take A Tour: Farmington's Five Priciest Homes On The Market Right Now

These are the most expensive houses on the market in Farmington.

FARMINGTON, CT — Farmington's most expensive listing has a nightclub, a casino room, seven kitchens, and a famous past.

The 51,830-square-foot mansion that the listing says was once home to Mike Tyson and 50 Cent tops the town's five priciest homes for sale on Zillow.com, and it costs more than the other four combined.

No. 1 on the list is 50 Poplar Hill Drive, asking $9,900,000. Built in 1985 on 17.59 acres, the house has 21 bedrooms, 26 full bathrooms, and 14 half bathrooms. The listing says more than $3 million has gone into recent renovations. Inside are an indoor pool and spa, the nightclub, a recording studio, a billiards room, a racquetball court, a fitness center, a boardroom, a library, and an elevator. Outside are a resort-style pool with a grotto and waterfall, a private bridge, guesthouses with four bedrooms, a pool house, a pond with a fountain, basketball and tennis courts, and an eight-car garage. It has been on Zillow for 423 days, so it has been on the market for more than a year.

Just behind it is a gated hilltop estate at 12 Northeast Road, listed at $4,400,000. The one-owner house, designed by architect Robert Fish and built in 2005, has 9,268 square feet, five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and three half bathrooms on 5.01 acres next to protected woodlands, with views of the Hartford skyline. It's finished in cedar shake and stone with copper accents, with a granite motor court, mahogany floors, vaulted and coffered ceilings, and three wood-burning masonry fireplaces. It has been on Zillow for 18 days.

Rounding out the top three is a new house atop Pinnacle Mountain at 62 Pinnacle Road, asking $2,790,000. The 5,920-square-foot home, finished in 2025, has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one half bathroom on 1.15 acres, in a protected setting where the listing says no future development can happen. It has soaring ceilings, walls of glass, multi-level balconies, and two propane fireplaces. It has been on Zillow for 50 days.

No. 4 is 7 Farnham Way in Devonwood, backing up to Winding Trails and listed at $2,150,000. The brick house with a slate roof, built in 1997, has 7,064 square feet, five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms on 0.82 acres. A two-story foyer with a sweeping curved staircase opens to rooms with 10-foot ceilings, and there's a cherry-wood study. It has been on Zillow for 33 days.

Closing out the top five is its Devonwood neighbor, 10 Pembroke Hill, a French country home also backing up to Winding Trails, at $1,800,000. Built in 2001, the 5,598-square-foot house has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom on a level 0.97-acre lot with professionally designed gardens and a large stone patio. It has a two-story foyer with a balcony overlook and quarter-sawn oak floors. It has been on Zillow for 54 days.

Prices, listing status, and days on market are from each property's Zillow.com listing as of Oct. 26, 2026, and may change. Only homes marked "For sale" or offered as new construction were included; pending, coming-soon, and land-only listings were left out.
