Developers have submitted an application Town Hall for redevelopment of the current Silo Restaurant property. The proposal is for a 12,900 square foot CVS pharmacy retail location with a drive through pharmacy. The public hearing is tentatively scheduled for the April 12th meeting of the Plan & Zoning Commission. The proposal and plans can be viewed at Town Hall during business hours.
Similar plans for this site were submitted nearly five years ago in 2006. The Town’s Plan & Zoning Commission denied the application.
Public comment will be heard at the April 12th meeting.
