Arrest Made In Farmington Catalytic Converter Theft Cases

FARMINGTON, CT — A 30-year-old New Britain man is due in court next week to answer charges related to several catalytic converter thefts in Farmington, police said.

Roberto Alicea was arrested Saturday, according to Farmington police documentation. He posted a pair of $100,000 bonds and was assigned a Dec. 7 court date, records show.

Alicea was charged with four counts of third-degree larceny and a related conspiracy charge came with each count, according t0 police records.
