Athletes of the Week: Kyla Gallagher '20 & Audra Regan '21

This weeks athletes of the week are Kyla Gallagher '20 from varsity soccer and Audra Regan '21 from varsity equestrian.

Kyla Gallagher '20 scored seven goals in six games, this includes two hat tricks and a last minute game-winning goal vs. Westminster. Gallagher '20 is a true goal scorer and has a fantastic attitude when it comes to taking the initiative in dangerous areas of the field. Apart from playing with enthusiasm, the biggest reason for her goal scoring talents is her composure under pressure, something that is difficult to teach. There is no doubt that this player is destined for greatness.

Audra Regan '21 has shown high level of dedication to the equestrian team. She has been a positive, hard working true teammate. Since the start of the season she has not only elevated her own training but has pushed those around her to also strive for excellence. Over the weekend, after a very early start, she was a true team player and helped her teammates prepare for competition in the not so ideal weather conditions. Later that day she went on to earn a blue ribbon for 1st place in her flat class.
