Porter's won 10 of their 12 matches and claimed the league championship. The tournament was the culmination of an undefeated regular season.

Leading the team was Roanna Zou '19, who played first singles and was undefeated for the season. Nitya Shah '20 and Simrat Khalsa '19, playing number two and three singles, added significant talent and experience to the top of the roster. Co-captains Ariane Cheng '17 and Shushu Fang '18 provided leadership as well as experience and versatility, playing singles or doubles competition depending on the team's needs.

"A relatively young squad, badminton will lose only one player to graduation this year," shares Head Coach Alan Weathers. "Prospects are quite strong for Porter's 'badminteers' in the immediate future, when we can expect to continue the trends established this year."

Porter's badminton team is led by Head Coach Alan Weathers and Assistant Coach Thanh Nguyen.
