This large black bear was seen around lunch time on 10/29/13 in the back yard of a home on Doris Street in Unionville. The bear gently ate from the feeder (nothing was broke or damaged), checked out the grill, seemed to eat some apples from under the apple tree, then wandered off into the woods. Unlike other bears seen in this neighborhood, he/she did not have any collar or tags.
