Branch Crashes Through Windshield in Farmington
A large branch from a dead tree surprised a motorist on Route 4 Monday morning.
FARMINGTON, CT — A Farmington resident escaped serious injury Monday morning when a tree branch crashed through his car's windshield, the Hartford Courant reported.
Ken Anthony was driving on Route 4 when a dead tree toppled over, apparently by the strong winds, and a branch smashed the windshield.
Anthony received a minor injury to his hand.
