Bridge Work To Cause Delays In Farmington: Police
Maintenance work is expected to begin Thursday and continue until May 1.
FARMINGTON, CT — Travelers through Farmington will have to budget in a bit more time to get to their destination, as bridge work is exected to cause some delays for a while.
The Farmington Police Department Wednesday announced that bridge maintenance is scheduled for the Collinsville Road Bridge in the Unionville section of town.
According to the FPD, the work will start Thursday, March 23, and is expected to continue through May 1.

The bridge, police said, is located between River Road and Perry Street.
Police said delays are to be expected in the area as work crews conduct regular maintenance on the bridge.

Construction Delays: Bridge maintenance begins tomorrow, March 23rd, on the Collinsville Rd Bridge in Unionville (between River Rd and Perry St). Work will be done from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Saturday, and is anticipated to go until May 1st. Delays are expected in the area.
