Bulky Waste Pickup In Farmington Is Next Week

Several types of items will be collected during regular trash pickup starting Monday, Oct. 16.

FARMINGTON, CT — Residents can spend the rest of this week and weekend preparing for next week's bulky waste collection, which is when the town simply makes large, unwanted items disappear.

The Town of Farmington's bulky waste collection starts on Monday, Oct. 16, and such items will be picked up on peoples' normal trash pickup day all week long.

"Farmington residents who have trash collection paid through the town's annual special service fee are invited to leave their bulk items curbside the night before their regular collection day and will be picked up on your normal trash pickup day during the week of October 16-20, 2023," wrote the town.
