Juneteenth Flag Raising Ceremony at Torrington City Hall in the auditorium (flag raising will be conducted outside) with music, guest speakers, drumming, and singing. Followed by a celebration at 1:30 pm at Trinity Episcopal Church, 220 Prospect Street, Torrington, CT, with more music, speakers, and light refreshments.
