Connecticare Welcomes New Vice President, Middle Market and Large Group Sales and Account Management

ConnectiCare, one of Connecticut’s leading health plans, is happy to announce that Barbara Vernon has joined the company as Vice President of Middle Market and Large Group Sales and Account Management.

Ms. Vernon is a proven sales and account management leader bringing 25+ years of health plan strategy experience to her new position at ConnectiCare. She has spent her career working in the tri-state area and most recently held a senior leadership position with HealthyCT. Barbara has extensive experience working with the brokerage community and employer groups with more than 50 employees. “I’m excited to work with brokers and employer group customers on ConnectiCare’s mission to make it easy for our members to get the care they need. I look forward to continuing the service excellence ConnectiCare is known for,” said Ms. Vernon.
