Crash Now Cleared In Farmington: Update

FARMINGTON, CT — Traffic was snarled on Interstate 84 in Farmington after a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident was on I-84 east between exits 36 and 37.

As a result of the crash, the right shoulder was closed after one lane of traffic was closed prior, the DOT reports.

The accident was first reported at 8:47 a.m. and it is now no longer on the DOT's incident list.
