I was thrilled to learn Mark Blore has decided to run for Farmington Board of Ed. I met Mr. Blore though the local Boy Scout troop and know him to have outstanding qualifications for this position. He is a natural leader and a compassionate husband and father with two kids in our schools. Furthermore, his wife Kris is a public school teacher for the Tolland district so I'm confident Mark has a well-rounded perspective not only on issues that face our school system but also how other districts may be addressing similar issues. I will be proud to vote for Mr. Blore!
