Children's book author and Farmington resident Teresa Pelham will sign copies of "Roxy's Forever Home" at the Hill-Stead Museum's Farmer's Market this coming Sunday. Her little brown dog, Roxy, will greet shoppers, pose for photos, and will be happy to help sample any delicious cheese that may come her way.
