Dejamonai Soler, 20, of 199 White St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 7:17 a.m.

Miriam Rodriguez, 29, of 31 High St., East Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, on a pair of warrants, 11:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 26

Loudemide Telusma, 21, of 777 Maple Ave., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 2:31 p.m.

Jeana M. Fuentes, 31, of 56 East Shore Blvd., Farmington, was charged with third-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance, 5:14 p.m.

Cinthia J. Suazo, 33, of 255 Sisson Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, payment card fraud and third-degree identity theft, in connection with a fraud call on South Rd., 5:55 p.m.

Carmela E. Agostino, 50, of 121 Felice Rd., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to display lights, in connection with a traffic stop on South Main St., 10:27 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 27

Richard Pommer, 35, of 62 McKinley St., New Britain, was charged with first-degree larceny (two counts), conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny (two counts), second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, on a warrant, 12:45 p.m.
