Cheryl Grice, 53, of 282 Princeton St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts), in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 7:12 p.m.

Cecilia Thompson, 56, of 235 Collins St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 7:47 p.m.

Sunday, March 8

Joseph A. Alvelo, 38, of 51 Farmington Chase, Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Chase, 1:05 a.m.

Tuesday, March 10

Isiah Noland, 32, of 6 Way Rd., middlefield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 4:00 p.m.
