FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for June 19 to June 23, 2026, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

June 19

Thang Thanh Nguyen, 56, of Haberem Avenue, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 8 p.m. He will appear in court July 6.

Joseph Michael Fenner, 22, of Haberen Avenue, Farmington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 6:36 p.m. He will appear in court July 6.

June 20

Seth Aaron Darvick, 71, of Grandview Drive, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief at 10:44 a.m. He will appear in court July 6.

June 22

Joseph Daniel Cook, 31, of Little Road, Hudson, Fla., was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:32 p.m. He was to appear in court June 23.

June 23

Julio G. Velasquez-Morales, 33, of Beach Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:53 p.m. He will appear in court July 7.
