Farmington Arrests Over Weekend Include DUI, Shoplifting

Two arrests were for driving under the influence, one for shoplifting and another for failure to appear, according to police.

Farmington Police made four arrests over the weekend.

Joao Victor Neves, 40, of Farmington was arrested at the intersection of NEw Britain Avenue and Coppermine Road on Sunday. He was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and driving while under the influence.

Shamekea Payne, 22, of Bloomfield was arrested at the H&M store in the Westfarms Mall on Saturday. She was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device.

Emily Pullis, 39, of Farmington was arrested on an outstanding warrant for second-degree failure to appear after a motor vehicle stop on Saturday.

Tanner Miller-Stevens, 28, of Collinsville was arrested Saturday at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Walnut Street after a motor vehicle stop. He was charged with driving while under the influence and failure to keep right on a curve.
