Farmington Boys to Compete in Class LL Soccer Championship Game

The Indians posted a shutout victory in the semifinals Tuesday to earn a berth in Saturday's title matchup.

NAUGATUCK, CT — For the eighteenth time, Farmington High School will be competing for a boys soccer championship Saturday, with hopes of upping their total of state titles to an even dozen.

The Indians, seeded fourth in Class LL, shut out No. 16 Fairfield Prep 3-0 in the semifinals Tuesday at Naugatuck High School to secure a spot in Saturday's championship tilt.

Farmington will take on No. 11 Danbury in the finals, at a location and time to be announced.
