Farmington Company Honored as Outstanding Family Business
Motorlease Corporation receives honor

Hartford, Conn. (October 18, 2018) – Fifteen family businesses were recognized last evening for their outstanding achievements in business. The ceremony, which took place at Farmington Gardens in Farmington, Conn. featured a keynote address by Karen Munson, third-generation chocolatier and President and Owner of Munson’s Chocolates.
“Each of these companies has demonstrated not only a commitment to doing business in Connecticut, but to carrying on a legacy of family excellence,” Chris Santilli, Publisher, Hartford Business Journal, said. “These companies play an important role in our business community and we commend them for their generations of success.”
The 2018 Family Business Awards recognized companies in three categories: Full-Time Employees: Less Than 25; Full-Time Employees: 25-75; and, Full-Time Employees: 76+. This year’s winners are:
