A bomb threat was found scrawled in a bathroom.

Farmington High School was evacuated after a bomb threat was found scrawled in a bathroom Monday.

The school was evacuated and searched as a precaution, said Lt. Colin Ryan, police spokesman.

Parents were notified by school administration.

The evacuation and search lasted about 40 minutes and students and staff returned after that, Ryan said.
