Farmington High School Musicians perform in State Honors Choir
The Connecticut American Choral Directors Association held their annual honors choir festival at Manchester High School on October 29.
The Connecticut American Choral Directors Association sponsored the annual honors choir festival on Saturday, October 29th at Manchester High School. Musicians from across the state rehearsed master choral selections throughout the day and performed in a concert in the evening. During the day, these students also attended a concert given by the University of Connecticut Chamber Singers and the Abyssinian Baptist Church Choir. Both of these choirs were exceptional ensembles and encouraged students to pursue their musical talents after high school.
Farmington musicians selected for the Connecticut ACDA honors choir this year are: Leandro Bousquet, Benjamin Cooley, Frank Dolce, Julie Dong, Ariadna George, Sowandareya Kalaiarasu, Saadhvi Kartik, Katie Pecora, Aaron Robair, Angela Saraceno, Som Sedigh, Drake Sprowles, Nina Strack, Matthew , Thureson, Francesca Trofimov, Owen Ward.
