Farmington Man Charged Twice In 2 Days For Protective Order Violations

FARMINGTON, CT — A man arrested twice in the matter of two days in Farmington was in custody Monday morning on a $20,000 bond, judicial system records show.

Marcos Devonte Rodriguez, 23, of Farmington, is due back in court May 17, records show. Both arrests were in connection with violating protective orders police said.

On April 20, Rodriguez, was charged twice with the protective order violations, along with violating conditions of released and second-degree harassment, according to an arrest report.

A day earlier, Rodriguez was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

His bonds initially totaled $100,000, but that total was knocked down to $20,000 at an arraignment, records show.
