FARMINGTON, CT — A 42-year-old man from Farmington's Unionville section was arrested Tuesday in a voyeurism case, police said. Yender Salazar surrendered at Farmington police headquarters on a warrant, according to an arrest report. The warrant charged him with three counts of voyeurism.
