Farmington Obituary: John Bernatchez, 56

John M Bernatchez, 56, died at his residence in Plainville on February 26, 2016.

John was employed by Northeast Tower, Inc. in Farmington for 32 years. At the time of his death he was the foreman/supervisor for the Broadcasting Division.

John was born in 1959 in Worcester, MA and spent his formative years as a resident of Leicester, MA. He was a 1977 graduate of Leicester High School.

He was predeceased by his mother (Janet Bernatchez), his brother (Thomas Bernatchez), and his sister (Kathrine Jennings). Survivors include his father, George Bernatchez his stepmother, Dorothy Bernatchez both of Lakeland, GA, sister, Suzanne Freeman (Clayton) of Americus, GA, sister, Theresa Lamoureux (Tom) of Brookfield, MA, sister, Elizabeth Deacon (Allen) of Valdosta, GA, sister, Jeanne Guenther of Newnan, GA, brother, David Bernatchez (Carrie) of Chicago, IL, sister, Joanne Warren (Jason) of Adel, GA, a stepbrother, Paul Griffis (Ginger) of Lakeland, GA and a host of nieces and nephews.

He will be buried at Pine Grove Cemetery in Leicester, MA. A memorial service in the Farmington/Plainville area will be announced at a later date.
