Farmington Obituary: Joyce Pasco, 78

Joyce (Yukins) Pasco, 78, of Farmington and Sebastian, Florida, wife of William Pasco, passed away Thursday (June 23, 2016) at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London.

Born in Brockton, MA, she was a former New Britain resident, moving to Farmington in 1970. A University of Connecticut graduate, where she received a BSRN, she later received an MBA from Rensselaer, the Hartford branch. Joyce was Assistant Director of Nursing at the American Red Cross Group in Farmington, where she worked for 24 years. She was a member of the Community Church of Vero Beach, Florida; the Pelican Point Condo Association of Sebastian, Florida; of SCI; and was a former member of the Congregational Church of Farmington and South Congregational Church in New Britain.

Besides her husband Bill, she leaves three sons, Kenneth Pasco and his wife Sandra of Burlington; Brian Pasco and his wife Victoria of Blythewood, SC; and Andrew Pasco of Farmington; a brother, J. Grant Yukins and his wife Joan of Alden, Michigan and Indian River Shores, FL; four grandsons, Philip Pasco and his wife Denitsa of Burlington; Joseph Pasco and his wife Paige of San Diego, CA; Christopher Pasco of Baltimore, MD; and Scott Pasco of Columbia, SC; and several nephews.

Funeral services are Friday 10 AM in the Erwin Chapel of South Church, 90 Main Street, New Britain. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
