Tracy Ellen (Gregory) Bonini passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on July 5, 2018 after a courageous yearlong battle with melanoma.
She was born April 7, 1970 in Bethpage, NY and grew up in Seaford, NY and Avon before making her home in Farmington for the past 19 years. Tracy was the wife, friend and soulmate of J.P. Bonini and the adored and adoring mother of Alexa and Gavin.
Tracy was an exceedingly caring and thoughtful person who focused entirely on others, and as a result, was beloved by so many. Her legacy includes scores of well-grounded pre-school graduates from her days as a teacher, record-breaking results for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (in honor of Alexa, and for which she won the Ann Paradis Coaches award), service as a member of the Board of Directors of Farmington’s Services for the Elderly, and appreciation from all those she touched while supporting Gavin and Alexa’s classrooms, teams and other activities, to which she gave her time and energy fully. Tracy’s warm smile and gentle presence will be missed by all whom she touched.
