
William Junget Jr., 67, of Bridgeport passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016 with his brother, Dain and his wife Rhonda by his side in the Touch Point Facility in Farmington.
Mr. Junget was born in Bridgeport, February 20, 1948, son of the late William and Clara Elsie Junget Sr. and had been a Stratford resident for many years, his last years residing with the Whole Life Family in Bridgeport.
He loved life and was a Special Olympic athlete, avid fisherman, bowling league member, dancer and especially enjoyed motorcycle touring on the back of his sister-in-law Rhonda’s trike. However what he most enjoyed was bringing the light of love to everyone he encountered.

Survivors include his brother, Dain Junget and his wife, Rhonda; two nieces, Chantal and Nicole, two nephews, DJ and JJ and his fiancé Adrian and their son Chase, William’s great nephew.
Friends are invited to attend a celebration of his life Friday, January 8, 2016 with Words of Remembrances at 7:30 and a funeral service at 8:00 p.m. officiated by the Reverend Meg Williams in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford. Interment will be private. Friends may visit with the family Friday before service time from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
