FARMINGTON, CT — Farmington's open houses this weekend range from a just-built home atop Pinnacle Mountain, with walls of glass and multilevel balconies, to a refreshed Cape on South Road.

In between are a contemporary in Devonwood with cathedral ceilings and a raised ranch near Lake Garda in Unionville.

Six Farmington homes, including one in Unionville, are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $374,900 to $2.79 million, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 10

62 Pinnacle Road, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., $2.79 million. Set atop Pinnacle Mountain, this new custom house has soaring ceilings, walls of glass, multilevel balconies and two custom propane fireplaces, plus a walk-in pantry and mudroom. The listing describes a protected setting where no future development can occur. It's a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home with 5,920 square feet on 1.15 acres.

60 Yorkshire Court #60, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $789,900.
