Farmington PD Honored For Fighting Drunk Driving
MADD Connecticut honored the duo at a special ceremony last Friday.

FARMINGTON, CT — Two Farmington Police Department officers were honored last Friday for their role in keeping drunk drivers off the roadways and the community safe.
According to the FPD, officers John Finn and MacKenzie Carruth were both named 2023 MADD Connecticut award recipients.
MADD Connecticut is the state chapter of "Mothers Against Drunk Driving" and the goal, as it has been for years, is for drunk driving awareness and support for law enforcers working toward that end.

Finn and Carruth were honored last Friday at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville at MADD Connecticut's annual awards program honoring police officers statewide.
"MADD Connecticut would like to congratulate all the winners of the 2023 Law Enforcement Awards recipients as they accept their awards this morning," wrote MADD Connecticut. "Thank you for all you do to keep our roads safe."
