Farmington PD Honors Several Who Made A Difference In 2024
Local police last week hosted an awards ceremony where the work of police staffers, dispatchers, and community members was honored.
FARMINGTON, CT — The Farmington Police Department last week doled out several awards to deserving individuals within the ranks.
But these were not holiday gifts. They were earned.
The FPD on Dec. 18 hosted its annual award ceremony, where officers, dispatchers, and community members "were recognized for their exceptional work and going the extra mile."

Police said, "Through their efforts, crimes were solved, criminals were apprehended, and lives were saved."
Police posted images of the award winners and lists of those honored on its Facebook page.

"A very special congratulations and thanks to those recognized, and to those officers that make a difference every single day," wrote the FPD.
