Farmington PD Names New Traffic Chief

FARMINGTON, CT — The Farmington Police Department has a new, friendly face serving the public — unless you happen to be a traffic scofflaw.

The FPD announced last week the arrival of Officer MacKenzie Carruth, who is the town police department's new traffic officer.

Her role within the department is to manage all enforcement actions relative to traffic and investigate any traffic accidents.

According to the department, she is a member of the regional North Central Municipal Accident Recondstruction Squad and serves on the town's traffic review board.
