911 Problems Fixed In Farmington: Police: UPDATE
Farmington's 911 service was reporting issues after, initially, not reporting any problems.
FARMINGTON, CT — Local officials were reporting 911 issues in Farmington, but the problem appears solved.
The Farmington Police Department said the CT state 9-1-1 system was experiencing intermittent issues which are also affecting the Farmington Police routine line.
Police said, that as of 2:50 p.m., 911 and routine lines at Farmington Police have been fully restored.

Earlier in the day, police told residents they had to take alternative measures to report an emergency.
"This is a known statewide issue due to a carrier outage, and we ask for your patience. The agency always accepts walk-in complaints as well."

As of 2:50PM 911 and routine lines at Farmington Police have been fully restored.
