Farmington Police Arrest Alleged Burglar

Police released suspect vehicle shots to the media, which helped lead to an arrest, according to police.

Farmington Police arrested a man who is suspected of burglarizing Comer Construction in December.

Jason Shaw, 30, of Torrington was arrested in Hartford Wednesday on an outstanding warrant, according to police.

Police released information and photos of a suspect vehicle to the media, which led to tips that identified Shaw as a suspect, according to police.

Detectives recovered some of the stolen property.

Shaw was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and conspiracy for both counts as well. In addition he was served with four separate warrants for first-degree failure to appear.
