Farmington Police Arrest Four on Operating Under Influence Charges
Those and other police arrests from the blotter.
- Roxanne Mulvey, 44 of East Hartford was arrested April 20 and charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than half an ounce of a cannabis-type substance, failure to keep narcotic in original container, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in the proper lane.
- Brian Hite, 50, of South Haven, MI was arrested and charged with first and second-degree failure to appear along with criminal violation of a protective order
- Brandon Manuele, 21, of Newington was arrested April 19 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and reckless driving after a domestic disturbance, police said.
- John Dasilva, 54, of Avon was arrested April 19 and charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after a stop on Lovely Street.
- Sean Duffy, 46 of Canton was arrested April 18 on Farmington Avenue and charged with operating under the influence and drinking while operating a motor vehicle.
- Nancy Treiber, 63, of Plantsville was arrested April 18 and charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to carry insurance.
- Heather Weinberg, 23, of Bristol was arrested April 17 and charged with possession of narcotics after a traffic stop.
