Farmington Police Arrests Include Criminal Impersonation, OUI

- Maryann Nguyen, 18, of Hartford was arrested on March 28 and charged with sixth-degree larceny after she allegedly shoplifted from JCPenney.
- Julio Barreto, 42, of Newington was arrested March 28 and charged with sixth-degree larceny after he allegedly shoplifted from JCPenney.
- Fonda Brooks-Littles, 26, of Hartford was arrested March 27 and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.
- Elaxis Holder, 27, of Hartford was arrested March 27 and charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device after she allegedly shoplifted from the Lord and Taylor store.
- Fonda Brooks-Littles, 26, of Hartford was arrested on March 27 and charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with police, operating a vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast and transportation of a child without a child restraint system or seat belt.
- Denise Rodriguez, 35, of Hartford was arrested March 30 and charged with sixth-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card and three counts of credit card theft.
- Marissa Deloge, 22, of Bristol was arrested March 30 and charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence.
- Joshua Lowitz, 31 of Prospect was arrested March 29 and charged with sixth-degree larceny, risk of injury of a minor and possession of a shoplifting device.
