Farmington Police Arrests Include Domestic Assault, DWI Under 21
Arrests from over the weekend.

- William Hodge, 44, of East Windsor was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree failure to appear, according to police. He turned himself in on an active warrant.
- Jeffrey Mahar, 53, of Farmington was arrested Sunday at his residence after a domestic incident, according to police. He was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a domestic incident.
- Jay Suplinskas, 22, of East Hartford was arrested Sunday at the intersection of Scott Swamp Road and Hyde Road following a motor vehicle stop, according to police. He was charged with operating while under the influence and failure to drive right.
- George Ledbetter, 51, of Hartford was arrested Saturday at the Lord & Taylor at the Westfarms Mall. He was charged with fourth-degree larceny after he allegedly shoplifted from the store.
- Rondale Mapp, 27, of Hartford was arrested Saturday and charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy for the same. He was arrested by Hartford police officers on an outstanding Farmington warrant and was turned over.
- Mitchel Aldon Carros, 20, of Burlington was arrested Friday night by police. He was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operating under the influence while under the age of 21, and operating while under the influence after an accident.
