Cody J. D'Annolfo, 18, of 397 Plainville Ave., Unionville, was charged with weapons in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance/less than four ounces of marijuana, in connection with a suspicious motor vehicle call on Burnt Hill Rd., 9:00 a.m.

Romita Ahluwalla, 29, of 265 Cherry St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 3:51 p.m.

April 13

Liliya Ovchinnikova, 32, of 12 Shepard St., Westfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 1:44 p.m.

April 14

Judy Serna, 44, of 17 Field Rock Rd., Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Field Rock Rd., 9:47 p.m.

April 15

Marlene Washington, 54, of 233 Wheeler Ave., Staten Island, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 6:29 p.m.

April 16

David Nieves, 32, of 209 Mountain View Ave., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 2:09 a.m.

April 17

Anthony J. Camilleri, 39, of 69 North West Dr., Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence, weapons in a motor vehicle, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive right and operating while using a handheld electronic device, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Plainville Ave., and Coppermine Rd., 2:39 a.m.
