Malaysia N. Blizzard, 19, of 42 Arlington St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, on a pair of warrants, 1:30 p.m.
Alicia Augeri, 24, of 21 Round Hill Rd., Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 4:15 p.m.
Avery Hansley, 21, of 57 Filley St., Bloomfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call on Southeast Rd., 4:36 p.m.
Joshua S. Coro, 27, of 154 East Main St., Torrington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 6:50 p.m.
